MAP CARE
These terms govern your access to & use of MAP CARE (operated by Samya Prabh Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) and all related services provided through our platform.

SmartUser-anchored identity, OTP/KYC verification & role boundaries.
Governed care discovery, appointments, labs, pharmacy & SOS facilitation.
Provider pricing authority, billing visibility, cancellations & refunds.
Lawful use, truthful authority, and prohibition of false SOS triggers.
DPDP 2023 consent integration and effect of consent withdrawal.
Medical non-liability, emergency facilitation limits & third-party rails.
Platform updates, account enforcement & Indian jurisdiction.
Statutory Terms of Service Clauses (Secs 1–17)
1. Platform Nature & Eligibility (Secs 1–2)
MAP CARE is a governed technology platform operated by SAMYA PRABH HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED. MAP CARE is not itself a hospital, clinic, lab, pharmacy, or ambulance provider and does not replace licensed medical judgment. Users must provide accurate identity information.
2. SmartUser-Anchored Identity & Verification (Secs 3–5)
MAP CARE uses a single SmartUser-anchored identity model. Protected workspaces (Doctor, Reception, Nurse, Lab, Pharmacy, Entity Admin) require explicit credential verification, role binding, and DPDP consent.
3. User Responsibilities & Workspace Boundaries (Secs 6, 8–9)
Users must not impersonate others, trigger false emergency SOS requests, or attempt unauthorized access to clinical workstations. Emergency flows are facilitative only and do not guarantee dispatch or clinical outcomes.
4. Financial Boundary, Disclaimers & Governing Law (Secs 7, 10–17)
Healthcare pricing and clinical delivery remain the responsibility of the respective provider or hospital entity. Governed by the laws of India; contact mapcare.in@gmail.com for legal or grievance notices.
